The anti corruption police in Thailand is closing the fun town in Thailand early every day now. The government in Bangkok wanted to know why the Police in charge let the clubs be open to 10.00 in the morning and send the anti corruption down to investigate.
Since everybody know the only way to be open is to pay of the police the police had to close the clubs early to not look stupid.
Now the clubs close around 02.00 everyday and people are really confused since that’s the time many of the night owls normally go out.
People coming to Club Insomnia on Walking Street at 02.00 only to be forced to go out at 02.30.
Nobody knows how long this will go on and maybe the Thai government in Bangkok will make a new law i April next year. But by then the high season will already be over and millions in revenue will be lost.
